• Maximum in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA and IIIB candidates: 38 years
• Maximum in case of SC/ ST and Category I candidates: 40 years

Educational Qualification

• For ITI candidates: Completed Certified Course in “Electrician/Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic” trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by Government of Karnataka.
• For ITC candidates: Qualified 10^th Standard Examination and Completed certified course in “Lineman trade”/“Electrician trade” (ITC) recognised by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/KPTCL.
