IBPS RRB Office Assistant Mains 2017: A Detailed Exam Analysis

IBPS has conducted the RRB Office Assistant Mains examination on 12th November 2017 successfully in a single shift only. The mains exam consists 200 questions comprises of 5 sections which include Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, English Language or Hindi Language, & Computer Knowledge. Total time allotted for the examination was 2 hours.

Analysis of Examination: The overall difficulty level of the exam was Easy to Moderate

The section wise details are as follows:

Numerical Ability:  The difficulty level for this section was Moderate.  There were 40 questions in the section carrying 50 marks. There were 3 sets (Table Graph+ Bar Graph+ Caselet) of DIIt is noticed that no questions on Approximation/Simplification and Number Series were asked in the section.

Reasoning: The level of difficulty for this section was Easy to Moderate. Inequality and Input- Output were missing in this section.
