Eligibility Criteria for SRF & Field Assistant Posts 2016

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Research Fellow: Master’s Degree in Science (Agricultural Extension/ Veterinary Extension/ Dairy Extension/ Fisheries Extension/ Home Science Extension) from a recognized University/ with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree.  OR Candidate having 2 years Master’s degree in Science (Agricultural Extension/ Veterinary Extension/ Dairy Extension/ Fisheries Extension/ Home Science Extension) with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree should have Ph.D. Degree or NET or any National Level examination conducted by Central Government Department/ Agencies for admission to Ph.D Programme.
• Field Assistant (Veterinary): B.v.SC. & A.H. or B.V.Sc. from a recognized university/ institution.
• Field Assistant (Agricultural): B.Sc. Agriculture from a recognized University/ Institution.

Age Limit

• Senior Research Fellow:  35 years for men and 40 years for women
• Field Assistant: 21- 45 Years
