Eligibility Criteria:

| Senior Clerk | Degree from a recognised University. Possess proficiency in Typewriting of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi within a period of FOUR years from the date of appointment. Age Limit: 18-25 years |
| Junior Clerk | Pass in 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination. Possess proficiency in Typewriting of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi within a period of FOUR years from the date of appointment. Age Limit: 18-25 years |
| Technician Gr.III | Course completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI in the relevant trade. Age Limit: 18-25 years |
