IIM Rohtak Notified Recruitment for 6 Non-Faculty Positions 2014

    Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, issued notification inviting applications for filling up 6 Non-Faculty positions – one post each of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, Senior Administrative Officer, Systems Administrator, Accounts Officer and 2 posts of Office Assistant/ Junior Superintendent on Regular/ Deputation/ Contract basis. Interested candidates should send their application to IIM Rohtak on or before 21 May 2014.

    Vacancy Details:

    Total vacancies: 6 posts

    Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation basis

    1. Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer: 1 post
    Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay of Rs.6600 per month

    Remuneration: Rs.50,700 per month (minimum) [for contractual]

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 35 years

    Maximum: 50 years (55 years for SC/ST candidates; for deputation)

    Qualification: B.Com with CA/ICWS/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

    Experience: Minimum 7 years (5 years for SC/STcandidates) of post-qualification officer level experience in finance and accounts department, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs.5400 or equivalent in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.9300-34800 or in higher scale.

    2. Senior Administrative Officer: 1 post
    Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay of Rs.6600 per month

    Remuneration: Rs.50700 per month (minimum) [for contractual]

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 40 years

    Maximum: 50 years (55 years for SC/ST candidates; for deputation).

    Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration.

    Experience: Minimum 10 years (6 years for SC/ST candidates) of post-qualification administrative experience, with at least 3 years in the Grade Pay or equivalent of Rs.5400 in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.15600-39100 or in higher scale.

    3. Systems Administrator: 1 post
    Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay of Rs.6600 per month

    Remuneration: Rs.50700 per month (minimum) [for contractual]

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 35 years

    Maximum: 45 years (50years for SC/ST candidates; for deputation).

    Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering with specialization in Computers or other equivalent specializations or MCA or M.Sc. in Computer science.

    Experience: Minimum 10 years (6 years for SC/ST candidates) of relevant post-qualification experience in maintaining and supporting IT equipment including servers, LAN, Internet and Intranet for at least 100 users, with atleast 2 years in the relevant position having a Grade Pay or equivalent of atleast Rs.4800 or Rs.4600 in the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 or equivalent.

    4. Accounts Officer: 1 post
    Mode of Appointment:  on Contract for a maximum period of two years;

    Remuneration: Rs.37000 per month (consolidated)

    Age Limit: [as on the last date for receiving application]

    Minimum: 35 years

    Qualification: M.Com. with B.Com.

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts;

    5. Office Assistant/Junior Superintendent: 2 posts
    Pay Scale: Pay band of Rs.9300-34800 & Grade pay of Rs.4200 per month

    Remuneration: Rs.27000 per month (minimum) [for contractual]

    Age limit

    Maximum: 35 years (40 years for SC/ST candidates; for deputation).

    Qualification:Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in any subject.

    Experience: Minimum 5 years (3 years for SC/ST candidates) of post-qualification experience in a similar position/profile, with at least 2 years in the lower Grade Pay or equivalent of Rs.2400 or Rs.2800 in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.5200-20200 or in higher scale.

    Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Written test/ Interview.
