The Development Office of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has planned to appoint a Development Officer who shall be responsible for building up the Development Office from conceptual to functional level under the guidance of The Dean , Alumni Affairs & International Programmer, IIT Delhi.

3 Years purely contractual which can be further extended to 2 more years depending upon the performance and capabilities.
Educational Qualification for Recruitment at IIT Delhi:
MBA with at least 60% aggregate and excellent academic records.
Experience required for Recruitment at IIT Delhi:
At least 5 years of work experience in a University or a corporate entity and at least 2 years experience must be there in the field of Fund raising or Corporate communications, public relations or alumni relations.
Core competencies required for Recruitment at IIT Delhi:
1. Excellent oral and written communication.
2. Project management, product management and implementation.
3. Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.
4. Ability to effectively direct and manage multiple functions.
5. Self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
The appointed officer will be responsible for Fund raising activities, programmes, and donor relating activities at IIT Delhi. He will also be responsible for the direct HRD Activities coordinations.
