Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army Pandit and Other Jobs:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
- Pandit-Hindu Candidates with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhushan in Hindi or equivalent standard in the regional language or those who have passed BA with Sanskrit /Hindi
- Granthi- Sikh candidates with Vidwan in Punjabi or equivalent or BA in Punjabi or equivalent
- Pandit (Gorkha)-Hindu (Gorkha) with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhusan in Hindi or equivalent standard in the Nepali Language or BA pass with Sanskrit/Hindi or equivalent
- Maulvi-Muslim Shai ladakh personnel candidates with Maulvi Alim in Arbic, Adib Alim in Urdu or equivalent or passed BA with Arbic/Urdu or equivalent
- Bodh Monk-Budhist Monk who have been obtained Monk/Buddhist Priest. The head priest should be in possession of Geshe of Khanpa or Lopon or Rabjam with proper certificate
Age Limit– 27-34 years (Civilian Candidates) and 25-34 Years Serving Combatants on Remusteration
