All the details such as date, time and place of the examination will be available in Sailor MR SSR AA MR PFT Admit Card 2019.

Indian Navy PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run (to be completed in 7 minutes), 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups. On the day of the PFT physical and medical standard of the candidates will be also tested. Candidates’ height should be of 157 cms and chest expansion of 5 cms.

Candidates should carry an original valid photo id proof (aadhar card, pan card, voter id card, passport, driving license etc.), educational mark sheets certificate, NCC certificate (if applicable), domicile (if applicable) on the day of the Indian Navy PFT Test along with the admit card to the venue.
