Educational Qualifications: Matriculation with Diploma in Photography and 2 years’ experience in Photography
2. Name of the Post: Blood Transfusion Assistant
No of Posts: 1 post
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900
Eligibility Criterion:
Maximum Age limit: 32 years
Educational Qualifications: (10+2) with Science subjects+Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology+working knowledge of computers. One year experience as Blood Transfusion Assistant in a hospital or equivalent is desirable.
3. Name of the Post: Fireman
No of Posts: 3 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900
Eligibility Criterion:
Age limit: between 18 years and 27 years
Educational Qualifications: Class 10th or Matriculate+atleast 6 months basis course on elementary fire-fighting.
NOTE: Candidate must be physically fit to perform strenuous duties.
4. Name of the Post: Durwan
No of Posts: 9 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1800
Eligibility Criterion:
Age limit:
Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 27 years
Educational Qualifications: Matriculation or equivalent.
Physical Standards: (minimum)
Height without shoes: 165 cms
Chest: 77 cms (normal); 82 cms (expanded)
Weight: 45 Kgs (minimum)
NOTE: Candidate must qualify the minimum prescribed physical standards and be physically fit to perform the duties of Durwan.
Selection Procedure:
For the Post of Photographer: Written test and Skill test (on photography and development)
For the Post of Blood Transfusion Assistant: Written test and Skill test
For the Post of Fireman: Written test, measurement of physical standards and Endurance test (as specified)
For the Post of Durwan: Written test, measurement of physical standards and Screening test (run 100 meters in 15 seconds)
Only short-listed eligible candidates will be called to appear in the selection process.
Candidates will be required to produce all documents in original at the time of selection.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 50 have to be paid through a crossed IPO/DD drawn in favour of Sr. General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi payable at Avadi.
SC/ST, Ex-servicemen and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
