Eligibility Criterion

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years (as on 21 August 2013)
• Maximum: 35 years (as on 1 January 2014)
• Maximum age is relax-able by 5 years for SC / ST / OBC and female (general) candidates and by 10 years for female (SC / ST / OBC) candidates

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduate with knowledge of computers
• Professional Qualification: MBA / CA / CS / ICWA / CAIIB.
• Experience: Relevant experience in any Government Bank.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.

Candidates will be short-listed for the Interview as per their educational qualifications, professional qualifications and experience in the Banking field.  In case, the no of applications received is large, a written test will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the Interview.
 
List of candidates short-listed for Interview will be uploaded on the bank’s website & displayed on the Bank’s notice board by 31 August 2013 (1500 hours).

Interview will be held on 9 September 2013 from 1100 hours onwards.

List of selected candidates will be uploaded on the bank’s website & displayed on the Bank’s notice board.

Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being declared medically fit.

Candidates will be required to produce all the documents in original at the time of Interview, for verification.

Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 400 has to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft / IPO / Bankers’ cheque drawn in favour of “JNSB Ltd, Recruitment 2013” payable at “Jalore”.

Candidates can obtain the application form from the Head Office of the Bank by presenting the said Demand Draft / IPO / Bankers’ cheque.

Application form can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.jalorenagrikbank.com. Candidates using downloaded form will be required to send the fee Demand Draft / IPO / Bankers’ cheque to the Bank along with the filled in application form.
