JEE Main-2015: Admit card release delayed

Release date of JEE Main-2015 admit card has been delayed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), though the “Download JEE Main Admit Card 2015” link has set up by the board but is not operational yet. On clicking the link, a window appears which states that the downloading of admit card for JEE Main-2015 will be available after few days. Candidates are advised to check the site, frequently, for latest updates on admit card.
According to the JEE Main-2015 information brochure, the downloading of admit card was to start from March 1st, 2015 onward but no date for has been announced for the issuance of admit card yet. Admit card for JEE Main-2015 can only be downloaded from the official website of the JEE Main-2015. Candidates will not receive their admit card by post, on the registered residential address. For downloading the admit card candidates have to follow the steps below:

  • Visit the official website of JEE Main-2015 and click on the link download admit card.
  • After clicking on the link, a new window will be opened where candidates will have to submit their application number and password.
  • After submitting the required information correctly, admit card will be displayed.
  • Candidates will have to download the admit card and must have the print out of it.

After downloading the admit card, candidates are advised to check all the information on the hall ticket. In case of any error is found, the candidate must convey the discrepancies to the authority. The document must be preserved very carefully as only on the basis of the document; candidates will be granted entry in the examination hall. Moreover the admit card will also be required for checking the result, counselling and claiming the seat for the admission.
