Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Assistant Manager- Degree in Mechanical./Production/Electrical Engg. with 2 yrs relevant experience in Engineering Industry
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)- M.Com with 5 yrs experience in leading finance function in industry. Membership of ICAI/ICWAI as preferred additional
• Engineer- Degree in Mechanical/ Production/Industrial/ Electrical Engineering
• Officer- MHRM/MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management- 3 yrs relevant managerial experience or MSW with HR specialization with 5 yrs relevant managerial experience or PG Degree in Law with Labour Law specialization with 3 yrs managerial experience.
• Technician- Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 3 yrs experience
• Tradesman- ITI with 3 years experience in relevant field

Age Limit-  Upper age limit 35 years
