• Assistant Manager (Personnel & Industrial Relations): Degree from a recognized University / Institution
• Assistant Manager (Finance): Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India
• Sr. Medical Officer (Medical Division): M.B.B.S. Degree from a recognised University / Institution along with One year experience in a Hospital after having completed an Internship of one year at a reputed organization
