Mangalayatan University organizes Blood Donation Camp

Aligarh: Mangalayatan University organized a Blood Donation Camp at Iglas. Blood Donation Camp saw enthusiastic participation from people of the region. Around 40 people participated in the camp and donated their blood. Apart from people around the campus, two people from Iglas also participated in the Blood Donation Camp. The camp was launched with a formal inauguration ceremony in the presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. KVSM Krishna

At the inauguration ceremony, Mangalayan University Registrar Ajit Singh termed Blood Donation as ‘Mahadaan’ and called upon the youth and students of the varsity to participate in the camp with enthusiasm. Deputy Registrar Manoj Rana also encouraged the donors who participated in the camp.

Dr Suhail and Dr.Smriti Prasad from JN Medical College, who were leading the Blood Donation camp, informed the donors that they will be educated about their Blood Groups as well, after the donated blood is processed at their laboratory.

The donors who participated in the Blood Donation camp included Dr. Siddharth Jain, Rajiv Sharma, Manisha Upadhyay, Mayank Jain, Shubhankar Ray, Saurav Kumar, Amit Kumar Mittal, Mohal Kulshreshtha, Vikas Sharma, Jatin Agarwal, Neha Gupta, Naman Jain, Harsh Vardha, Diksha, Ashok Kumar and Devraj Singh, residents of Iglas, along with Grace Kumar, Sukanya, Yash Sanger, Kuldeep, Pankaj Kumar Prince, Jitendra, Nityanand, Shashank, Vikas Kumar, Anushka and Vikas Sharma. The camp was organized by University Administrative Officer Gopal Rajput, Dr.Sobran Singh, Pharmacist Saraswat, Jitendra Sharma.
