MAT (Management Aptitude Test) is a national level entrance test conducted to facilitate B-Schools across the globe to screen candidates for offering admission to its MBA and allied programs. Over 600 B-Schools across the country consider MAT Score as an admission input based on the Score Cards issued to the candidates.
AIMA or All India Management Association conducts the examination 4 times each year -- in February, May, September and December. The Multiple Choice Objective Type test is designed to measure person’s general aptitudes in Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning and Indian & Global Environment.
AIMA recently announced the schedule for MAT December 2013. The exam will be conducted in both -- paper mode and computer mode. While the paper based test will be held on 1 December 2013 between 1000 hours and 1230 hours, the computer based test will be conducted from 7 December 2013 onwards in different time slots. A candidate can appear either for paper based test or computer based test (only once for one date for the December 2013 MAT).
Any graduate interested in appearing in the examination can register till 16 November 2013.
