On Sunday, JEE (Advanced) examination was taken and the aspirants found struggling with the mathematics portion. Engineering aspirants appeared in JEE (Advanced) said that the math was more tricky section among the three subjects wherein chemistry and physics are relatively easy.
The examination was conducted in two sessions and mathematics was tentative part in both. Concept-based and column matching questions are also included that were easier than the rest of the portion. The first sessions has mathematics and chemistry as the difficult part where as in the second session mathematics is the only trick part. It was observed that the physics was the only simple and marks grabbing part.
Lots of calculation snatched most of the time of the students. The queries of Mathematics are complex and the section as very lengthy. Further, Physics is the easy part as compare to the previous exam papers. This time conceptual and straight questions are more rather than tough numerical.
Patter for giving marks in chemistry is amended this yearfirst 10 questions are simple and do not have negative marking while the next five questions were based on negative marking with multiple options. However the numerical part is easier with respective of others.
The result of JEE (advanced) 2013 is likely to be declared on June 23, 2013.
