Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University (JVWU) was established in 2008 through an Act Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University Act 1982 (Act No. 17 of 2008). JVWU is offering many UG and PG programmes for women candidates.

University conducts Entrance Examination i.e. – Joint National Entrance Examination (JNEE) or considers valid score card of different Entrance Examinations for admissions in Medical, Technical & Professional programs.
