Management Development Institute, Gurgaon announces admission open to its ‘Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management’ (PGP-PPM) for the academic session starting April 2014. The 15-month PGP-PPM program, sponsored by Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India (DoPT-GOI), is an initiative to create a global program of excellence for teaching, research, training and consulting in the field of public policy, public management, and governance.
Name of the Program: Post-Graduate Program in Public Policy and Management (PGP-PPM)
Duration of the Program: 15 months
Last date for receipt of applications: 4 November 2013
Date for Personal Interview: 6 December 2013
Program Commences: 8 April 2014
For DoPT Sponsored candidates (Officers of All India Services, and Group A (Class-I), Central Services (organized, non-organized, technical and non-technical), faculty members of State ATIs and State Civil Service Officers):
Age: not more than 50 years
(53 years for officers belonging to SC / ST categories).
Length of Service:
For Officers of All India Services, Central Services: At least 7-years of Group “A” service.
For State Civil Service Officers: at least 9 years of Group “A” service.
Admission Process: The admission to PGP-PPM program is jointly organized by MDI and DoPT, Government of India.
