Finance Personnel: 01 (One)

Mechanical/ Chemical Engineer: 01 (One) (for Oxygen Plant)

Mining Engineer: 02 (Two)

Architect: 02 (Two)

Educational Qualification

(i) MBA/ PG Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management from a recognized University or Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 65% aggregate marks (for post 1).

(ii) ICAI/ ICMAI/ MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved)with minimum 65% aggregate marks (for post 2).

(iii) B. Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical/ Chemical) degree from a recognized University or Institute(AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 11 or 15 years of post- qualification experiencerespectively (for post 3).

(iv) B. Tech/ B.E. (Mining) degree from a recognized University or Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 06 or 11 years of experience (for E2/ E3 Grade Engineer) and 18 or 21 years of experience (for E5/E6 Grade Engineers) in Under Ground Metal/ Coal Mines (for Post 4).

(v) B. Arch/ M. Arch./ MTRP/MCP/MURP/ or equivalent Master Degree from a recognized University or Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) with minimum 15 or 18 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Age Limit as on 30 April 2014 should be 30 years (for E2 Grade)/ 35 years (for E3 Grade)/ 41 years (for E4 Grade)/45 years (for E5 & E6 Grade) candidates and Relaxation as per Rules.

Pay Scale/ Salary

• Scale of Pay for the candidate should be as per Grade :

1. For E2 Grade: Rs. 24,900/- -3%-50,500/-
2. For E3 Grade: Rs. 32,900/- -3%-58,000/-
3. For E4 Grade: Rs. 36,600/- -3%-62,000/-
4. For E5 Grade:Rs. 43,200/- -3%-66,000/-
5. For E6 Grade: Rs. 51,300/- -3%-73,000/-

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical Test/ Skill Test/ Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.
