Officers working under central / state government holding analogous post of Jr. AOs / AAOs on regular basis Or Jr. / Sr. Accountant , Clerks , PAO , who have qualified paper – I and paper – II both of JAO postal exam with 5 years of regular services Or Possessing the qualification of passing the SAS or equivalent examination.
