Eligibility Criterion
Age Limit: (as n 24 February 2014)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 30 years;
[Maximum age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category is 35 years and for those belonging to OBC category is 33 years]

Qualifications and Experience required: Degree or equivalent with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or in any other allied subject or equivalent + Degree in Law or equivalent + 3 years experience in Labour Welfare Work, Industrial relation or personnel Management + Working knowledge of Hindi.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’performance in the Interview.

Candidates called for Interview will be required to produce all documents (certificates, mark-sheets, testimonials and photographs) in original along with a print-out of the final copy of the online submitted application for verification.

Candidate selected for engagement will have to sign a contract agreement with the Labour Welfare Department (HQ)/NDMC.

Selected candidate will have to join duty within 10 days of issuing of the engagement letter.

Application fees: Non-refundable application fee is to be paid through a crossed demand draft of Rs.100 drawn in favour of ‘Commissioner/NDMC Delhi’ payable at Delhi.

SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the application fees.
