Educational Qualification

• State Programme Manager: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management with minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field.
• Programme Executive: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management
• HR Executive: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management with minimum 3 years post qualification work experience in relevant field.

Pay Scale

• State Programme Manager: Rs. 32,000/-per month
• Programme Executive: Rs. 27,000/-per month
• HR Executive: Rs. 25,000/-per month

Selection Process

The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview.
