Eligibility Criteria for Joint Director and Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Joint Director: Master’s Degree  in Geography or Geology of a recognized University or equivalent  and 10 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a well equipped map publication organization including knowledge of different operations of production of maps drawing and painting. Research experience in Geography and cartography as evidenced by publications
• Deputy Director: Master’s Degree in Geography or Geology of a recognized University or equivalent and 07 years experience in a Map publication office and knowledge of different of maps including drawing and printing or 7 years experience of research/teaching out of which at least 5 years should be in processing data/or preparation of maps in a research, teaching, scientific or Government cartographic organization
• Senior Administrative Officer: Degree of a recognized University or its equivalent. 5 year’s experience of administration accounts and establishment work in a supervisory capacity in a Government Office or a public body or a commercial organization of repute
•  Private Secretary : Stenographers of the Central Government- holding analogous posts on regular service basis or with three years regular service  in the scale of Rs.5500-9000 or equivalent. The departmental Stenographers Grade-I in the scale of Rs. 5500-9000 with 3 year’s regular service will also get the selection as Private Secretary.
• Stenographer Grade-I- (Promotion) Stenographer Grade III: candidate should have completed 10 years regular service in the requisite grade. (Transfer or Deputation)- Stenographer in the Central Government holding analogous posts in a regular basis and with 07 year’s  service
• Plate Maker: Degree of a recognized University with at least one year experience of Store keeping including keeping of records thereof  in a Government or Semi Government Department
• Clerk (in Tiffin Room) : Degree of a recognized University with three year’s experience of Store keeping including keeping of records thereof in a Drawing office Research Organization or Government undertakings
• Canteen Attendant: candidate should have completed Matriculation or equivalent

Age Limit for Joint Director and Other Posts Job

• Joint Director-Not More than 45 Years
• Plate Maker- 27 Years
• Clerk (in Tiffin Room) – 27 Years
• Canteen Attendant-18-27 years
