NCDC Recruitment 2020, Walk in for 24 Lab Technician, Assistant Director and Other Posts

National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Job Notification: National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has invited applications for the recruitment to the posts of Lab Technician, Assistant Director and other. Eligible and interested applicants can appear for walk-in-interview on 09 December 2020.

The Skill Test/Walk-in-Interview for filling up of the following additional posts (on contract basis) for functioning of different work related to testing of COVID-19 samples in the high end equipment namely COBAS-6800 (sixty eight hundred) for the period of one (01) year, will be held at NCDC, 22-Sham Nath Marg (Near Civil Line Metro Station), Delhi-110054, as under.

NCDC Lab Technician, Assistant Director and other Vacancy Details

• Assistant Director (Molecular Biologist) (Non Medical): 02 Posts
• Lab Technician: 16 Posts
• Lab Attendant: 06 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for Lab Technician, Assistant Director and other Job 

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

• Assistant Director (Molecular Biologist) (Non Medical): i) Post Graduate with Masters degree (MSc/M.V./MD) in Biotechnology/Molecular biology/Microbial genetics/Organic Chemistry/Microbiology OR Zoology with cell biology or human genetics as special subject.

1. ii) At least 07 years exp.after Master degree OR 03 years exp.after MD degree OR one year exp. after PhD degree in the field of molecular biology related to animal health/human, genomics and/or proteomics research, molecular diagnostics, molecular epidemiology and applied innovations in various aspects of infectious disease. Age Limit: Not more than 40 years.

• Lab Technician: (1) B.Sc. In MLT from recognized

(2) 10+2 in Science subject with DMLT 02 years course from recognized university/Institute. Age Limit: Not more than 25 years.

• Lab Attendant: (1) Class 10th passed from a recognized board or university.

(2) one year working experience in any Government registered lab. Age Limit: Not more than 25 years.

How to Apply

Eligible and interested applicants can appear for walk-in-interview on 09 December 2020. Eligible persons fulfilling the educational qualification, experience etc. as mentioned above may appear for the Skill Test/Walk-in-interview on 09 December 2020 at National Centre for Disease Control, 22-Sham Nath Marg, Delhi-110054 (Near Civil Line Metro Station). The eligible persons may register their names for interview between 09:30 am to 10:30 am along with a resume, original certificates, one passport size photograph and their attested photocopies. Registration will be closed at 10:30 am sharp. The person must ensure their eligibility, as per above Terms of Reference, before appearing for Walk-in-interview/Skill Test.
