Eligibility Criteria for Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Professor: candidate should have PhD in concerned allied/ relevant discipline with minimum 55% in preceding Master’s Qualification and should have minimum 12 years of teaching/research/industrial experience.
Associate Professor: candidate should have PhD in concerned allied/ relevant discipline and a master’s degree with minimum 55% or equivalent grade. Candidate should have minimum 08 years teaching, research experience as Assistant professor or equivalent.
Assistant Professor: candidate should have a master’s degree with minimum 55% or equivalent grade from a recognised university. Candidate should have qualified NET/SLET/SET from UGC/CSIR or PhD in relevant discipline.
Librarian: candidate should have Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with minimum 55% or equivalent Grade. Candidate should have minimum 13 years experience as Deputy Librarian in university or 18 years as college librarian.
Assistant Librarian: candidate should have Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with minimum 55% or equivalent Grade. Candidate should have knowledge of computerization of library.
Selection Process for Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualification and final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the interview.
