Eligibility Criteria for Managerial & Chief Finance Officer Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Assistant Manager (AM) - General Stream: Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum 55% marks or CA/ICWA/MBA with minimum 55% marks.
• Assistant Manager (AM) - Law: Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Law with aggregate minimum 50% marks.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM)-Law: Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years integrated law course.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Economy & Strategy: Post Graduate degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Treasury: Graduate/Post graduate with a degree in finance/any other discipline.
• Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Should have strong academic credentials and be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

• Assistant Manager (AM) - General Stream: Between 2.10.1988 - 01.10.1995
• Assistant Manager (AM) - Law: Between 2.10.1988 - 01.10.1995
• Assistant General Manager (AGM)-Law: Between 33‐50 Years
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Economy & Strategy: Between 33‐50 Years
• Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Treasury: Between 35‐55 Years
• Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Between 40‐55 Years
