Educational Qualification

• Joint Director:  Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks and a minimum of 20 years of experience working in Administration.
• Consultant: Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks and a minimum 8 years of experience in research or training or practical experience in disaster management. The candidate should also have adequate knowledge of ICS/IRS/Disaster Response and should be able to organize training in IRS & Disaster Management whenever needed.
• Junior Consultant (Hydrology/ Meteorology): Master’s Degree in Geology/Meteorology/ Allied subjects with atleast 55% marks.
• Consultant (Content Development): The candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree in Disaster Management or Geology/ Geography or Environmental Sciences with a minimum 05 years of experience in disaster management. The candidates must have a prior experience of content development in knowledge portals and online platform and should possess a good communication and writing skill in English. 
• Consultant (Information Technology): Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Computer Engineering/ IT with good academic record and a minimum 05 years of experience in any reputed Govt. or Private IT sector.
• Junior Consultant (Information Technology): Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Computer Engineering/ IT with good academic record and a working experience in any reputed Govt. or Private IT sector.
• Junior Consultant (Hindi Translation): Master’s Degree in Hindi or English from any recognized University with three years of experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa in any Govt. or private organization.

Pay Scale

• Joint Director: Rs. 60,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 6000/- p.m.
• Consultant: Rs. 50,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 4500/- p.m.
• Junior Consultant (Hydrology/ Meteorology): Rs. 35,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 2500/- p.m.
• Consultant (Content Development): Rs. 50,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 4500/- p.m.
• Consultant (Information Technology): Rs. 50,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 4500/- p.m.
• Junior Consultant (Information Technology): Rs. 35,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 2500/- p.m.
• Junior Consultant (Hindi Translation): Rs. 35,000/- p.m. plus local conveyance of Rs. 2500/- p.m.

Upper Age Limit

• For Other Posts: 65 Years
• For Junior Consultant ( Information Technology): 35 Years
