- Thematic Expert (Procurement)-BBA
- Thematic Expert (IEC&ICT)- Post Graduate in any discipline
- Thematic Expert (Data Analysis)-Post-Graduation or equivalent in Management
- Thematic Expert (Capacity Building)-Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Business Administration
- Thematic Expert (Assessment and Certification)-Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
