Eligibility Criteria for Programme Associate & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• District Programme Manager: Master Degree in Business Administration / Rural Management or Post Graduate Diploma (2 years course) in Business Administration / Rural Management and must have 2 years post qualification managerial experience in health / social / developmental sector.
• City Accounts Manager (NUHM): Inter C.A. / Inter ICWA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India and must have 2 years post qualification experience in finance, audit and accounts in health / social / developmental sector.
• Project Manager: Master degree in Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology / Social Work and must have at least 1 year post qualification managerial experience in similar field i.e. in health / social / developmental sector.
• Finance - cum – Logistics Consultant: Inter C.A. / Inter ICWA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India and At least 3 years post qualification experience in accounting including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting system.
• Programme Associate (RKSK): Master degree in Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology / Social Work.

Maximum Age limit for Project Manager

45 years.

Maximum Age limit for Programme Associate (RKSK)

32 years.

Maximum Age limit for District Programme Manager, City Accounts Manager (NUHM) and Finance - cum – Logistics Consultant

40 years.
