What is the NTPC Mining Eligibility and Age Limit?

- Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidate as of the last date of the online application should be 30 years. However, relaxation of age will be given to reserved category candidates.
The upper age limit for vocational instructors should be 40 years.
NTPC Mining Selection Procedure
The candidate will be selected solely based on their performance in a written examination. The examination will be conducted in two parts, as listed below. The candidate needs to qualify in both parts, as listed below

- Skill/Competency Test
Note: Both tests will be conducted at test centre in Ranchi, Jharkhand
NTPC Mining Salary
The selected candidates will get a monthly consolidated pay of Rs 50,000 for all posts except for Mining Sirdar, whose consolidated monthly salary will be Rs 40,000. In addition, medical facilities for self, spouse, and two children, and HRA/company accommodation (subject to availability), shall be provided as per company rules. On official tours, the company will reimburse TA/DA, as applicable.
