- Deputy General Manager (Personnel): MBA/PGDM in Personnel/HR/Industrial Relation from recognized Institute approved by AICTE OR Post Graduation in Social Welfare /Labour Welfare /Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or equivalent from any recognized University/Institute.
- Senior Manager (Personnel): Master of Business Administration (MBA)/PGDM in Personnel/HR/Industrial Relation from recognized Institute approved by AICTE or Post Graduation in Social Welfare /LabourWelfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or equivalent from any recognized university/Institute.
- Manager (Personnel): MBA/PGDM in Personnel/HR/Industrial Relation from recognized Institute or Post Graduate degree in Social Welfare/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institute.
- Medical Officer: MBBS Degree from any recognized medical college/Institute.
Age limit: Maximum age for DGM (Personnel) 44 years, Senior Manager (Personnel) 40 years, Manager (Personnel) 36 years, Medical Officer 32 years
