Panjab University Chandigarh Notified Recruitment to 157 Vacancies

Panjab University, Chandigarh issued notification for recruitment to 157 various vacancies at Department of Press. Eligible candidates can send their applications till 20 February 2013.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay required fees for specific post through crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh.”

Candidate applying for posts no 25, 26 and 27 need to pay Rs. 250 (Unreserved candidates) / Rs.125 (SC/ST Candidates) as Examination fee.

Selection Procedure: Final selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
Candidates called for Interview will be required to produce all original documents for verification.
No TA / DA will be paid to candidates appearing for Interview.

How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of required certificates should reach “Assistant Registrar (Estt.), Panjab University, , Chandigarh” till 20 February 2013 (1799 hrs).

Application forms alongwith “Detailed Instructions” containing qualifications etc. can be had either from the “Form Sale Counter” Panjab University Chandigarh or from the Assistant Registrar by sending the application fee demand draft in advance or from the University website www.puchd.ac.in.

Candidates applying for more than one post should send separate application for each post.
Candidates who had already applied to the post of Deputy Registrar in response to advertisement No. 4/2011 need not apply again.
