Eligibility Criteria for Research Associate & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Research Associate: Candidate should possess doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Women’s Studies / relevant subjects (Social Science / Humanities / Home Science / MSW / Psychology / Human Resource Management / Health Science related Disciplines) obtained from an UGC recognized Indian University with at least 55 % marks or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed in Master’s degree.
• Research Assistant, Professional Assistant: Master’s Degree with at least 55 % marks in Women’s Studies / relevant subjects (Social Science / Humanities / Home Science / MSW / Psychology / Human Resource Management / Health Science related Disciplines) from an UGC recognized Indian University.
• Data entry Operator: Any Master’s Degree with at least 55 % marks or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed from an UGC recognized Indian University.
• Attendant: Any Bachelor’s degree with at least 55 % marks or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed from an UGC recognized Indian University.

Application Fee:

Candidate should have to pay Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft, drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “THE REGISTRAR, PERIYAR UNIVERSITY” payable at Salem.
