Prathama Bank, Moradabad notifies 138 Officer – MMG Scale III, Scale II, JMG Scale I & Office Assist

Prathama Bank, Moradabad (UP) invited applications for recruitment to 138 posts of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III, Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Interested candidates who have qualified the Online Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September / October 2013 can apply online till 11 December 2013.

Pay Scale:

1) For Officer Scale III: Rs. 25700 – 800 / 5 – 29700 – 900 / 2 - 31500

2) For Officer Scale II: Rs. 19400 – 700 / 1 - 20100 – 800 / 10 – 28100

3) For Officer Scale I: Rs. 14500 - 600 / 7 – 18700 - 700 / 2 – 20100 - 800 / 7 - 25700

4) For Office Assistant (M): Rs. 7200 – 400 / 3 - 8400 – 500 / 3 - 9900 – 600 / 4 - 12300 – 700 / 7 – 17200 – 1300 / 1 - 18500 – 800 / 1 – 19300.

Emoluments

1) For Officer Scale III: Rs. 52081 per month (approx.)

2) For Officer Scale II: Rs. 39314 per month (approx.)

3) For Officer Scale-I: Rs. 29384 per month (approx.)

4) For Office Asst. (M): Rs. 14627 per month (approx.)

Eligibility Criteria: To be considered as per RRBs CWE-II Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 6th July – 12th July, 2013 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in.

Pre-requisite qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September / October 2013 and obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test are eligible against the notification.

Probation Period

1) For Officer Scale III, Officer Scale II and Officer Scale-I: 2 years

2) For Office Asst. (M): One year

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September / October 2013 and Personal Interview.

Merit list of the candidates for final selection will be prepared based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by the candidates in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview.

Personal Interview: For the 30 marks Interview, Bank will call candidates three times the number of vacancies. The candidates will be short-listed for the Interview on the basis of their TWSS. The Interview will be held at Moradabad centre. Complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters and also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

All short-listed candidates will be issued call letters. Candidates will have to fix their photograph on the call letter and bring it along with original fee payment receipt and photocopies as well as the originals of all the documents / relevant certificates while attending the Interview without which they will not be allowed to take up the Interview.

Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank and to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.

Note:  Persons with Disabilities will have to work in Branches / Offices which have posts identified by the Bank as suitable for them.

Printout of the online submitted Application and copies of required documents will have to submitted if shortlisted for Interview.
