Ques: How to apply for Interview / Personality Test for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2012?
Ans: On the basis of result of the written part of the Combined Medical Services Exam, 2012 held by the Union Public Service Commission in June, 2012, all those candidates who have qualified for the Interview/Personality Test are required to fill up the Detailed Application Forms (DAF) available on the Commission`s website http://www.upsc.gov.in . and submit the same Online.
The Detailed Application Form (DAF) will be available on the website of the Commission till 05/10/2012.
But before filling and depositing the DAF, these candidates have to get themselves registered on the relevant page of the website.
After submitting the online DAF, take a print out of the finally submitted DAF, attach the attested copies of all relevant documents, sign and put date on all the hard copies and send it to the Under Secretary (CMS), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069, by post / by hand so as to reach the Commission`s Office latest by 10/10/2012 (1700 hrs).
The envelope containing the print out of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) submitted online should be super-scribed “Detailed Application Form (DAF) for Combined Medical Services Examination, 2012”.
If delivered by Hand, application should be handed over to concerned / authorized person only. The Commission will not be responsible for the applications delivered to any other functionary of the Commission.
