Eligibility Criteria for Programme Managers and Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Programme Managers (Child Protection/Training IEC and advocacy)- Post Graduate from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with Social Work/Sociology/Home  Science/Child Development /Communication as one of the subjects at graduation level and experience in the field of Human Resource Development sector preferably in child care
• Programme Officers (CNCP/JCL/Training /IEC advocacy)- Post Graduate from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with Social Work/Sociology/Home  Science/Child Development /Communication as one of the subjects at graduation level and experience in the field of Human Resource Development sector preferably in child care
• Accounts Officer-Graduation from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with B.Com /Economics /Mathematics/ degree from a recognized University experience in the field of Human Resource Development Sector preferably in relevant field
• Accountant-Graduation from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with B.Com /Economics /Mathematics/ degree from a recognized University experience in the field of Human Resource Development Sector preferably in relevant field
• Assistant cum Data Entry Operator- Graduation with PG Diploma /Diploma in Computer Application with typing speed of at least 35 words per minute in English on computer keyboard
• Accounts Assistant – Graduation from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates having commerce as one of the subject and computer knowledge /relevant field
• Programme Assistant-Graduation from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with social work/sociology/home science/ child development as one of the subjects and experience in the field of child development /counseling /care /computer knowledge
• Manager/Coordinator-Graduation from a recognized University. Preference shall be given to the candidates with social work/sociology/home science/ child development as one of the subjects and experience in the field of child development /counseling /care
• Social Worker- Matric with Diploma in relevant field
• Nurse- Matric
