Research Management Aptitude Test (R-MAT) Exam Notification

The All India Management Association (AIMA) and the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has come up with a joint PhD programme. In order to take admission in this programme the applicants will have to give R-MAT on 08 December 2012.

Important dates of RMAT 2013:

• Last date for Online Registration : 20 November 2012
• Last date for receipt of filled in Online Registration form: 23 November 2012
• Test Date : 08 December 2012
• Admit card: Candidates should check the Roll No. and Test Centre details for the test from AIMA website seven days before the date of test.

Eligibility Criteria for RMAT 2013:

• Master's Degree in Management or allied subjects from Commerce, Humanities, Science, Engineering and Law etc. OR

• A PGDM/PGDITM approved by AICTE with not less than 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or any other professional qualification which are considered equivalent to Master Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade along with minimum 50% marks in Graduation.

• Minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in industry at the managerial level or a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Faculty at a Management Institute approved by AICTE or affiliated to a University.

• Obtain a Demand Draft (Pre-Requisite): You have to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online registration. Therefore, you must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the Registration Form. You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.1500/- drawn in favor of 'All India Management Association' payable at New Delhi.

Examination Pattern of RMAT 2013:

• Test duration is 90 minutes.
• Total number of questions: 100
• No negative marking
• All the questions and instructions of the test will be in English only.
• The test is a computer based test only.
