    RITES Ltd invited application for recruitment to the post of Manager, DGM, JGM & Senior DGM .

    RITES Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, is an ISO-9001 certified International multi-disciplinary consultancy organization rendering comprehensive professional services in various sectors including Metro Rail Systems, Railways, Highways, Airports, Ports & Harbours.

    RITES issued an Open advertisement inviting applications from Civil Engineers for recruitment on Regular basis as Assistant Resident Engineer (16 posts) in different disciplines for various projects in India including Project Management Consultancy (PMC). Interested candidates should apply online through RITES website till 4 September 2013.

    Desirable: Candidates having experience in Railways / Other Government Departments / PSUs; In case sufficient candidates are not available from Government Departments / PSUs, candidates having sound work experience in Private sector may also be engaged based upon their suitability and work experience. Among the candidates from private sector, those having past experience of working in Railway / other Government department / PSU will be preferred.

    Age Limit: 55 years (as on 1 July 2013).
    Upper age limit may be relaxed by 2 years for deserving candidates having sound health.

    Terms & Conditions for Recruitment: Candidates from Government Departments / PSUs will be offered suitable post, keeping in view their parent post and pay scale, suitability, work experience and expertise possessed by them.

    Candidates from private sector will be considered for a post, depending upon his qualifications and relevant experience. The required qualification and minimum relevant experience is as mentioned against each of the post in the table below:

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in Interview.

    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview to be held at ‘The Corporate Office, RITES, Gurgaon’.

    RITES may conduct written test and / or Group Discussion for short listing candidates for Interview.

    Initially, selected candidates will be on probation for two years.

    How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should apply online through RITES website www.rites.com till 4 September 2013 (1700 hours).
    On successful submission of the online application, a ‘Registration No.’ will be generated by the system. Candidates should take a print out of the form containing the registration number and send it along with attested copies of required certificates / documents and 2 recent passport size colour photographs to ‘The AGM(P) / Rectt., RITES Ltd., RITES Bhawan, Plot No.1, Sector-29, Gurgaon – 122001’  through post so as to reach the concerned office by 13 September 2013.

    Candidate should keep a copy of the online submitted application form for future reference.

    Candidates will be required to produce a copy of the online submitted application form along with original testimonials / documents at the time of the interview, if shortlisted.

    A candidate should submit only one application.
