RRB Muzaffarpur Announced Document Verification Schedule for Various Posts 2016

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Muzaffarpur announced typing test and document verification schedule for recruitment to the posts of Jr.Clerk Cum Typist, Accounts Clerk Cum Typist and Trains Clerk.

Candidates are selected on the basis of online examination conducted by the board. Selected candidates are required to appear for the typing test and document verification on 10 March 2016.

Special Recruitment Drive for persons with disabilities for the posts of NTPC (Under Graduate) based on the performance in ON-LINE examination held on 19.11.2015 to 21.11.2015 & 24.11.2015 and 27.12.2015 & 28.12.2015 for the post of (1) Jr.Clerk cum Typist (2) Accounts Clerk cum Typist & (4) Trains Clerk, Pay Scale-Rs,5200-20200/-, Gr.PayRs.1900/- of CEN No. 02/2015 the following candidates for the post of (1) Jr.Clerk Cum Typist & (2) Accounts Clerk Cum Typist have been found suitable in merit for Typing Test & verification of Certificates & identity & for the post of (4) Trains Clerk have been found suitable in merit for Verification of Certificates & Identity only on the basis of following programme at the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Muzaffarpur. Roll Numbers are shown in ascending order and vertical.

The Candidates for the post of (1)Jr.Clerk Cum Typist & (2) Accounts Clerk Cum Typist should bring their own typewriting machines with them. Net process of appointment shall be subject to fulfillment of all terms & conditions advertised in Centralised employment Notice, availability of original certificates & completion of all recruitment rules. Physically handicapped candidates who are unable to type are required to produce a letter of such effect by the Medical Board attached to the Special Employment Exchanges or by a Civil Surgeon where such a board does not exist as per enclosed proforma. 30% extra candidates more than actual vacancy have been shown in above list. The purpose is to empanel the most suitable candidates in merit if the candidates in main merit are found unsuitable or absent. The On line examination result can be visited on e.mail/website of RRB/Muzaffarpur. The call letter to the candidates are being sent by Registered/Speed post. The Candidates are hereby directed to bring the matriculation certificate as a proof regarding date of birth along with educational & technical certificate in original with two Xerox copy of the same. The candidates are directed to bring two passport size coloured photos. OBC, SC & ST candidates are directed to bring the caste certificate in original on the prescribed format applicable for the Government of India service. OBC candidates are hereby directed to bring the caste certificate in the prescribed format for Government of India service it should be clearly stated that the candidates is out of Creamy layer. The candidates are directed to bring all documents in original which copies have been enclosed with the application (i.e. Income certificate to get exemption for examination fee, affidavit for the minority candidates for Govt. of India service) . Two sets of Xerox copies of all concerned certificate must be submitted at the time of verification of certificate. It is advised to all candidates to check their suitability according to the terms & condition advertised in the concerned Centralised Employment Notice. If any candidate do not satisfy the terms & conditions mentioned in the concerned Centralised Employment notice no. they should ignore the call letter. If the candidates do not arrive on scheduled date and time at indicated place their candidature would be automatically forfeited.
