Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (RTE–SSA) Rayagada issued notification inviting applications for recruitment of 114 Part-Time Instructor in Physical Education (54 posts) and in Art Education (60 posts) in the Government Upper Primary Schools of Rayagada district with over 100 children enrolled. The recruitment would be done on Temporary basis. Interested eligible candidates should send their applications till 22 January 2014.

1. Name of the Posts: Part-Time Instructor in Physical Education
No of Posts: 54 posts
Qualifications: (10+2) with CPED/Degree OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Education OR B.PEd. OR M.PEd. OR any other higher qualification in Physical Education
Age limit: between 18 years and 42 years
(Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Female/SEBC category candidates)

2. Name of the Posts: Part-Time Instructor in Art Education
No of Posts: 60 posts
Qualifications: BFA and BVA for Visual Art student and B.Mus. for Performing Art or Fine Art students.
Age limit: between 18 years and 42 years
(Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Female/SEBC category candidates)

Remuneration: Rs.100 per class (for both the posts) with maximum 24 classes per month in each school.

NOTE: For both the posts, local candidates belonging to the same district will be preferred.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done through assessment of the candidate’s academic qualifications by the way of scrutiny/scanning of the applications.
