SSC CGL Admit Card 2016 to be issued from 16 August at ssc.nic.in, Check for revised exam pattern

SSC CGL admit card will be released from 16 August onwards. Candidates who have applied for the CGL Tier 1 exam 2016 can download it from the link given below. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be held from 27 August-11 September with revised pattern issued recently.

SSC CGL admit card will be released from 16 August onwards. Candidates who have applied for the CGL Tier 1 exam 2016 can download it from the link given below. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be held from 27 August-11 September with revised pattern issued recently.

SSC has notified of changed examination pattern recently. SSC has decided to implement certain changes in the Combined Graduate Level Exam 2016 (SSC CGL 2016). Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 examinations will be computer based.

As per the revised notification issued by SSC, the number of Questions will be reduced from 200 to 100 in Tier 1 of the CGL Examination 2016. However the total marks will be 200. The duration of SSC CGL Tier-I exam would be for a period of 75 minutes.

SSC has also decided to conduct the Tier-I and Tier-II in computer based examination mode in place of OMR based examination mode. Earlier as per notifications Tier 1 and Tier 2 was scheduled to be held based on OMR sheet.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced through an official advertisement that the admit card/ admission certificate for the Combined Graduate Level Exam 2016 will be available from 16 August.

However candidate details like name, father’s name, address, registration number, roll number, date & shift of exam and city of exam will be available in the website. Details of the exam venue will be indicated in the admit card.

Admission Certificates for candidates whose Tier-I exam is scheduled to be held from 27 August to 4 September will be available from 16 August. For rest of the candidates admit cards will be available from 27 August.

In addition to this, the Commission has also notified that the Commission will not conduct any exam on 05 September.

The examination on the first three days viz., 27 August 2016 to 29 August 2016 would be conducted in two batches and thereafter from 30 August 2016 to 11 September 2016, the examination would be conducted in three batches per day.
