There are total 49 Post Codes and candidates have to give preference to each of the post code in Proforma.     1. NAME AND ROLL NUMBER:

    Fill in the your name and Roll No. in the blanks of the first line of Proforma:

    “Name of the Candidate ______________________________Roll No.____________ Candidates
