Educational Qualification
• For Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager/Officer
(a) First Class full time Engineering Degree with First Class Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. (or)
(b) First Class full time MBA (or)
(c) (i) First Class full time Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management (or)
(ii) First Class full time Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA.
• For Asst. Manager (Chemical)
First Class full time B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology.
Age Limit & Relaxation
• Minimum Age Limit for the candidate should be 34 years as on 01.02.2014 for Dy. Manager.
• Minimum Age Limit for the candidate should be 29 years as on 01.02.2014 for Asst. Manager.
• Minimum Age Limit should be 30 years for the General and BC candidate, 32 years for MBC/DNC candidates and 35 years for SC/ST candidates as on 01.02.2014 for Officers.
Pay Scale/Emoluments
• Scale of Pay is Rs.23,500/--600-Rs.29,500/- and Monthly CTC at minimum of Pay Scale as of 01.02.2014 is Rs.85,000/- for Dy. Manager.
• Scale of Pay is Rs.19,500/--500-Rs.24,500/- and Monthly CTC at minimum of Pay Scale as of 01.02.2014 is Rs.71,500/- for Asst. Manager.
• Scale of Pay is Rs.16,000/--400- Rs.20,000/- and Monthly CTC at minimum of Pay Scale as of 01.02.2014 is Rs.60,000/- for Officer.
