The amount of fess to be paid by SC / ST category male candidates is Rs. 75 and by male candidates belonging to other categories is Rs. 300.
Female candidates are exempted from paying fees.

After depositing the online application form, candidates’ should take its print-out and send it along with fee DD (for male candidates only) and attested copies of all certificates to ‘The H.R.D. Officer, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai-400 012’ so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 27 December 2013.
Separate applications should be submitted for each post.
