• Staff Grade-II: 01
• Junior Assistant Grade-II: 07
• Junior Steno-Typist Grade-III: 01 

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Assistant & Other Posts:

Educational Qualification:

• Staff Grade-II: Should be a Graduate. Should have Certificate course in MS-Office. Should have passed Typewriting English Junior Grade. Proficiency in Tamil Typewriting will be an added advantage.
• Junior Assistant Grade-II: First Class full time M.Com from recognized University / Institution.
• Junior Steno-Typist Grade-III: Graduation in any discipline (other than Engineering Degree) with English Typewriting Higher Grade (45 wpm) and English Shorthand Lower Grade (80 wpm).

Age Limit for Junior Assistant & Other Posts (as on 01 February 2016)

• Staff Grade-II: 35 years
• Junior Assistant Grade-II: 25 years
• Junior Steno-Typist Grade-III: 25 years
