UP Metro Assistant Manager Probation Period
All the newly appointed UP Metro assistant manager employees will be on probation for two years (including a training period). During the training, they need to undergo intensive training in the given timeframe. The training period can be extended or reduced for any or all trainees. In case, they fail to perform well in the probationary period according to the terms & conditions of the appointment order, then their service shall be terminated. LWP or EOL is not a part of the probation. Once they successfully complete the probation period, candidates will be considered permanent in UPMRC.
