What are the career options after short term course in accounts or finance?

Question: I started studying for CA after BCom, but failed to pass in any paper. Now I want to do some short-term course related to accounts or finance so that I can get some good job. Kindly give information regarding main courses and related institutions.

Answer: You have gained good accounting experience in the last few years. Search for a suitable job based on this or get some hand on experience from a good organisation by working as an intern. Nowadays, accounting job in every office is done through computers only. So try to increase your computer skills too while working. Professional courses are the way forward in life. You can also think of doing ICWA course, once you have established yourself in job. Try to continue with higher studies too to add qualification in your resume and avail good position in the organisation.
