XLRI Jamshedpur anounced admissions for PGP-CEM (Post Graduate programme for Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management) 2015-2016. Registrations for the programme will remain open till 15th June 2015.

Admission is to the 6th batch of Post Graduate Programme for Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management (PGP-CEM: Batch- 6). The last date to register for admission will close on June 15th 2015.

Details of the Program -

PGP-CEM: 6 month programme.

PGP-CEM Curriculum -

• Besides the usual inputs on functional areas of business like finance, marketing, human resource management, economics and strategy, the curriculum focuses on specific relevant topics in entrepreneurship in India like family business, techno-entrepreneurship and agribusiness management.
• The programme also includes a separate subject on Social enterprises which has evolved as a distinct form of entrepreneurial ventures in the country with the objective to impart and enhance entrepreneurial skills and instil an integrative approach to business.
• The programme also includes a Project Formulation component under the mentorship of an expert member of the faculty to help the students to draw up a blueprint of action prior to the actual embarking on a business venture.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in PGP-CEM Program -

The applicant needs to be a graduate from a recognized university with adequate literacy and inclination for entrepreneurship.

How to apply for Admission in PGP-CEM Program - The registration/Application process is to be done online only.

Fee structure for PGP-CEM Program -

The course fee is Rs 70,000 payable in two equal installments plus Rs 15,000 for books & other reading materials. Applicants shall have to deposit Caution Money of Rs 6,000 (refundable on completion of the programme after necessary adjustment). The hostel Fee is Rs 2,000 and mess charges are Rs. 28,500/- to be paid in Advance for candidates opting Hostel accommodation. Service Tax etc. will be payable where applicable, as per extant rules of the Government.
