US President Barack Obama, in the first week of January 2011, signed a bill into law which would provide health care to the first responders of the terrorist attack in USA on 11 September 2001. The law provides for a fund of 4.2 billion US dollars to provide free health care to responders of the 9/11 terrorist attack on US.
