- Blended Learning Programs: These integrate traditional classroom training with online components, allowing for flexible learning while retaining face-to-face interactions. A notable example is the VIKAS program, aimed at middle management.
- Curated Programs: Tailored learning journeys created by individual ministries or training institutions, utilising resources from the i-GOT repository to address specific capacity-building needs.
- Domain-Specific Courses: Recently launched courses focusing on specific competencies required for various government roles, developed as part of an Annual Capacity Building Plan.

How to Register for Online Courses? Steps to Follow!

- Click on the Registration Button: Locate the yellow "Register" button at the top right corner of the homepage and click on it.
- Fill in Your Details: Enter your full name, select your group from the available options, and provide your email ID and mobile number.
- Verify Your Mobile Number: Click on "Send OTP" to receive a One-Time Password on your mobile. Enter the OTP to verify your number.
5. Select Your Organisation: Choose whether you are affiliated with a Central or State organisation and enter the name of your organisation.
6. Agree to Terms: Check the boxes to agree to the terms of service for i-GOT Karmayogi.
7. Complete Registration: Click on "Sign Up" to finalise your registration.
8. Log In: After registering, return to the homepage, click on the "Login" button, and enter your credentials to access the platform.
Users can find a mix of free and priced courses. Many courses are available at no cost, provided by institutions like IGNOU, Harvard, and Khan Academy, which can be accessed immediately upon registration.
